Shipping

Delivery in Italy usually takes 3-4 working days.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with all the information, including the code to track the package.

The shipping cost is €8.50. For orders over €150 shipping is free.

Returns and Exchanges

The customer can make a return within 15 days of receiving the purchased items.

To request a return, the return form must be downloaded and filled out.

To make the return the following conditions must be respected:

• the products must be returned including all original accessories (tag, bag)
• the products must not have been used, washed, worn or damaged
• the returned products must be delivered to the courier within 15 days starting from the date on which the Customer received the products.

If all provisions are respected, we will refund the amount paid by the customer within 15 days from the date on which the return was made. Shipping for the exchange of goods and for the return is the responsibility of the customer.
